The owner and founder of Cheo Parrilla, Luis Echeverri, is called “Cheo” by his closest friends. He created this excellent Medellin restaurant as a temple for the matured meat, thick meat cuts, the best wines and grilled preparations.
Cheo opened this restaurant in 2009 for the first time, putting together all his gastronomic experience and his knowledge about grilled meat in order to provide irresistible recipes based on beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, as well as desserts and drinks.
The restaurant also offers special plans for romantic dinners, birthdays, corporate meetings, wine tastings, and roast classes taught by the same Cheo. They also have available their rooms and catering for first communions, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, meetings or corporate trainings.
