Located in La Calle de la Buena Mesa (fine cuisine street) in El Poblado, El Zocalo is a Medellin restaurant inspired by the authentic and unique Mexican food traditions. Its name refers to the Plaza Mayor of Mexico City, where the whole country’s culture merges and identifies it.

El Zocalo’s menu has over 60 options, including appetizers, enchiladas, soups, salads, tacos, fajitas, burritos, quesadillas, flautas and desserts. All traditional delicacies world-wide known from the Mexican cuisine.
The mixed fajitas and the steak in chipotle sauce are some of the specialties of the house. The tortillas and nachos are made in situ, ensuring a unique and original flavor.
