Everything at Bou Vino looks, smells, and tastes delicious: Spanish tortillas featuring chorizo and Manchego cheese, perfect albondigas (meatballs) in homemade sauce, artichoke hearts topped with black olives and Serrano ham finely chopped.
For those who prefer tapas made of vegetables, Bou Vino has some options ranging from cherry tomatoes stuffed with olives, capers and anchovies, asparagus with prosciutto and aioli (garlic and oil), patatas bravas (hot potatoes) with aioli, goat cheese skewer, prosciutto, arugula and cherry , to Spanish omelet with black olives and artichoke and prosciutto, garlic wild mushrooms, and mushrooms stuffed with manchego cheese and green apple.
