The UNESCO proclaimed April 30th as the International Jazz Day. This important art form is held to promote peace, dialogue between cultures, diversity and respect for human rights and human diversity. For this reason the Pablo Tobon Uribe Theater presents two jazz ensembles: Teo Grajales & Adjazzentes and Siguarajazz Trio.
Teo Grajales & Adjazzentes:
Adjazzentes is a Latin Jazz band, with a strong influence from Funk, created in Barcelona in 2008 by pianist, vocalist and composer Héctor “Teo” Grajales.
It is a musical project with over 12 years of continuous work, focused on the exploration of Afro-Caribbean rhythms, especially the Cubans and the explosive sound of salsa, also the fusion of Colombian rhythms with jazz harmonic expressions.
The concert will be held on April 30th at 9:00. Tickets are 10.000 COP.
